What is the return policy?
At 2KØ Brand, we take pride in delivering quality products and limited-edition releases.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or general dissatisfaction after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Do you accept exchanges?
We currently do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you need a different size, eligible unworn items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• In original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Store credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Limited-edition products, sale items, and promotional items may not be eligible for store credit.

When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, and promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping & Local Delivery
Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via email.
Domestic shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier service.
Select customers within the Detroit area may be eligible for local delivery. Delivery availability is determined by location and order size.
2KØ Brand is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
How much does shipping cost?
We proudly offer FREE U.S. SHIPPING on all orders of $100 or more.
Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
2KØ Brand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
